The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is pleased to announce that the Provider Directory is now live for regional centers and service providers! How you can help:  Please ask your service provider(s) if they are participating in the Provider Directory and if they have registered.  Providers must submit their information by November 29th to receive their full rate model rate effective in January 2025.  You can forward them this newsletter and direct them to the Provider Directory website for next steps. Why the Provider Directory is important:  Once complete, this online portal will be used to input, store, and view information about service providers statewide.  The Provider Directory will:
  • Centralize information about service providers that work with multiple regional centers
  • Help to clarify the organizational structure within companies
  • Maintain up-to-date contact information
  • Enable direct communication among DDS, regional centers, and service providers
Future phases will focus on making the Provider Directory accessible to individuals and families to locate service providers.  Thank you to all service provider and regional center staff for supporting the development of the Provider Directory.  Learn more about phase 1 on the Provider Directory website.
